Hundreds of costumed-clad dogs and their owners once again gathered for the 3rd Annual Kearny Doggie Halloween Parade & Festival sponsored by the KUEZ, K9 Corner and Bone Appetit Spa and Barkery.

The beautiful fall afternoon  once again featured more than a dozen informational and activity booths including a doggie photo booth sponsored by Holsman Physical Therapy, airbrush dog tattoos at the Bone Appetit booth, a Pitti (Pit Bull) Kissing Booth, a visit by Scooby-Doo hosted by the Kearny Library, puppy face painting at the West Hudson Arts and Theater Company, a visit by the Kearny Fire Department, an interactive exhibit by the Arlington Dog & Cat Hospital, a ‘best trick’ contest hosted by the Kearny Dog Park, info from the NJSPCA, among other activities. KUEZ members Midtown Pharmacy and Domingo’s Bakery also participated.

But certainly the highlight of the day was the PAWrade around Arlington Depot Park and of course the much-anticipated costume contest which showcased dozens of all shapes and sizes in their best Halloween Trick or Treat looks!

Special thanks to Shop Rite of Kearny, and W.H.A.T. for their support of the event.
