Annual Budget of the Authority is introduced for the upcoming year in October and a public hearing is held in November. The budget is finally adopted after New Jersey Division of Local Government Services reviews and approves it. The budget is usually adopted by December.
Annual Audit of the Authority's previous fiscal year is scheduled in February or March and the final report is issued by June.
