PRINCIPAL PUBLIC WORKS MANAGER (Part-time) – Town of Kearny, Hudson County, NJ.
The Town of Kearny is seeking a part-time, certified public works manager who shall perform administrative and supervisory duties relating to the installation, maintenance and repair of public works facilities and shall assist in planning, organizing and directing all programs relating to Kearny’s public works program. The certified public works manager shall advise municipal elected officials and employees in proper compliance and administration of the various laws, regulations, technical practices, operations and management techniques with regard to public works activities conducted by the Town.
